Are your refurbished laptops original and genuine?

Yes, all our products are 100% genuine and sourced from trusted corporate renewals or brand-authorized vendors. We do not deal with clones or counterfeit products.

 

What issues are covered under warranty?

Warranty covers hardware faults, internal component failures, and functional defects not caused by physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized repairs.

 

What if I receive a damaged or faulty item?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after inspection.
 

Are the operating systems and software genuine?

Absolutely. All laptops come with genuine and activated operating systems (Windows 10/11 Pro) unless otherwise stated. We can also pre-install additional software on request.

 

Do you provide doorstep service for warranty claims in Bangalore?

Yes! We offer free pickup and drop for warranty repairs within Bangalore city limits.

What payment methods are accepted at Refurb.Siritech?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments. You can also pay via Bank Transfer for bulk or B2B orders.

Are online payments secure on your website?

Absolutely. We use SSL encryption and Razorpay’s secure payment gateway to ensure your transactions are completely safe.

Can I get a refund if I cancel or return my order?

Yes. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after the return is approved.

 

Do you offer EMI options for laptop purchases?

Yes, EMI is available through selected banks and credit cards during checkout. You’ll see eligible EMI plans on the payment page.

What happens if my payment fails but the amount is deducted?

Don’t worry — if your payment is deducted, the amount is automatically refunded within 3–5 business days. You can also contact support for faster resolution.
